Whether it’s your 65th-year reunion or your fifth, Alumni Weekend is a special time to rekindle old friendships, reminisce, and give back.

Each class makes its own unique contribution to Gilman, creating a legacy that benefits future generations of students. To honor your reunion milestone, you can continue the tradition of giving back by making a special reunion gift to The Gilman Fund.

Your gift to The Gilman Fund supports the exceptional faculty, facilities, and programming that allows today's Gilman boys the same opportunities you had as a student.

Reunion Giving Challenge

A generous donor has agreed to match all new, additional, and increased reunion gifts received during the weeks surrounding Alumni Weekend, April 16-May 4, 1:1, dollar for dollar, up to $50,000.

The challenge match dollars secured by each reunion class will count toward your reunion class gift effort.

How to Participate

Make a New or Second Gift

The entire gift will be matched 1:1.

Example:

A reunion alumnus didn’t make a gift to The Gilman Fund last year. This year he makes a gift of $500. The entire gift will be matched 1:1 for a total impact gift of $1,000.

Example:

A reunion alumnus makes a second gift of $150. The entire gift will be matched 1:1 to make a total impact gift of $300.

Increase Your Gift

The increased portion of a gift made this fiscal year will be matched 1:1.

Example:

Last year a reunion alumnus made a gift of $1,000; this year he makes a gift of $1,500. The increased portion of his gift, $500, will be matched 1:1 to make a total impact gift of $2,000.

Gifts received between Monday, April 16 and Friday, May 4, 2018 count toward the challenge.
Challenge ends May 4, 2018.
